I stopped by this Lake Villa
neighborhood just in time to see some wonderful fall colors. This
neighborhood of about 180 single family homes was built by Pulte in the
late 1990's. Located in Lake Villa off of the Monaville Road just west
of Route 83. Beautiful mature oak trees and many backyards overlook the
Eagle Creek Conservation Area. Close to shopping and Metra to Downtown Chicago. Would be a wonderful neighborhood to raise a family. Lake Villa Spotlight Neighborhood - Savannah Springs
